Zolxn Privacy Policy

Zolxn helps you analyze, organize, and share flat icons. This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
- Account details, such as your email address and profile information.
- Icons and images you select from your photo library or capture with the camera.
- Theme sets, palette notes, analysis results, posts, likes, follows, messages, reports, and block choices you create in the app.
How information is used
Your selected icon image and instructions are processed to classify visual style, extract palettes, score consistency, and generate recommendations. Images are sent only when you initiate an analysis. We also use information to save your library, operate community and messaging features, prevent abuse, support purchases, and maintain app reliability.
Service providers
Zolxn may use secure cloud processing to perform requested image analysis. Apple processes App Store purchases and may provide transaction status without sharing your complete payment-card details with Zolxn. We disclose only the information needed for a provider to perform its service.
Camera, photos, microphone, and tracking permission
Camera and photo access are used only to import icons you choose. Microphone access is used only when you start a video conversation that requires audio. Tracking permission is requested through the iOS system prompt; you may deny it and continue using the app. Permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
Storage, retention, and security
App records may be stored on your device and, where a connected feature requires it, transmitted securely to provide that feature. We retain information only as long as necessary for the service, safety, legal obligations, or until you delete it. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, remove local content, report or block another user, change system permissions, sign out, or use the in-app account deletion control. Account deletion removes associated account data subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
Children
Zolxn is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, use the support and account controls available in Zolxn.
