Zolxn Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zolxn. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Using Zolxn
You may use Zolxn to import icons, request style and palette analysis, organize design sets, create reports, publish theme-specific work, and communicate with other users. You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Zolxn a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate requested app features. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and share your content.
Community conduct
Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, or malicious content; impersonate others; harass users; evade blocks; or interfere with the service. Zolxn may restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. Reporting and blocking tools are available in the app.
Automated analysis
Style classifications, palette suggestions, and consistency scores are automated creative aids and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review results before relying on them for professional delivery, accessibility, branding, or licensing decisions.
Purchases
Digital purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Prices and availability are shown before purchase. Refund requests and payment disputes are governed by Apple's applicable terms and procedures. Purchased analysis coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside Zolxn.
Availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. You may stop using Zolxn or request account deletion through the in-app control. We may suspend access for material or repeated violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Zolxn is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that automated results will meet every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach of obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. For support or legal questions, use the support and account controls available in Zolxn.
